The developer of Football Manager says that a Nouvelle Vague of football game documentaries could make a "genuinely fascinating" bear on on the series.

Speaking to GamesRadar+, Nic Madden, match producer at Sports Interactive was asked whether programs like Virago's All or Nothing series or Netflix's Sunderland 'Til I Pass away had been discussed as a potential coming mechanic for the games.

Madden said "I imagine that would be a full bottom of worms, in a good way! It'd exist really interesting actually, it'd follow a good intent contrive for the design team. We certainly have watched few of these documentaries and have said 'okay, there's roughly particular shifts that we can make Hera', or maybe it's 'oh, we haven't actually got this fully accurate'."

"These documentaries are a scholarship chance for whatever football fan, but I make out observation them. The new ones are really good, but even some of the older ones, like [2011's QPR: Four Year Plan], they're crazy. Crazy but funny. In this humor, it would be in truth interesting if we could do something similar in Football game Manager."

Football Manager has a history with these sort out of documentaries as well. In 2020's All or Aught: Tottenham, and so-coach Jose Mourinho's desktop featured the Football Manager 20 logo, implying the special one spent his clock time away from existence a factual football manager by being a virtual unmatched instead, something that Madden says was "rather nice to see."
