They cancelled my first transaction and after that they locked my account, when I called them to ask why they said they can not give to me more information and he said to find a nearby ria store to send the money,I am pretty sure they said that because the fee in the store cost you $8 and by the website the fee is $1 when you use your bank account.Literally the guy did not have a legit answer or reason to explain about my account.DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND FIND A MORE SERIOUS COMPANY.

Give them a ring in a good mood and you'll end up boiling because of the worst customer service. I returned a phone call from Ria and found out that my transaction was cancelled. I asked why, the other end said she didn't know and ask me if I want to know. Of course I wanted to know!!! So I was put to another customer service who is supposed to explain why my transaction was cancelled. Without saying anything - the customer like a robot said name?, address?, bday? etc in order of the questions on the form. And said he was closing the transaction. I asked if he even know why I needed to talk to him/ or why I was put to him? This is when he pretended not to hear me, totally disinterested and trying to say that he was only verifying.and closing my transaction without explaining the reason why my transaction was cancelled. The customer service was arrogant and felt like customers owe him a lot when he should ne there if he doesn't like the job. So if u are in a good mood- don't ring up Ria's customer service because they will totally ruin your day . Ask for a manager, and they will leave u hanging, no explanation, no nothing. And I still don't know whatever happened to your money.

Transfert de 1500€ pour une urgence familiale qui ce retrouve bloqué en attente d'examen. Après 50 minutes d'attente au téléphone ça sonne et ça coupe. Par mail la seule réponse reçue est : Votre transaction est au service conformité. Ria messed up my account because I just changed my name legally and open another account using a different name with the same phone number and address. No matter how much ria rep. tries to help fix my account, I can't seem to make any transfer. There's a lady for canada customer phone service that seems to not care about her job at all. Ria- when it comes to providing best exchange rates is good in the current Market. But when it comes to customer support and How the app and the website works. It's better to find other wire transfer options. 1. I have called in to customer support to register a complaint on how I was not able to send money to State Bank of India. The customer representative's response was "We are having trouble with the bank. Please try sending to some other bank(wait what?). After sometime he corrects himself saying that the compliance department has decided that this account can only send XX $ instead of YY$ just for today. Starting tomorrow you can send the YY$ (which doesn't makes sense). At the end of the call I got the impression that they are simply trying to say to try again at a later date and then call the customer support again in case of issue(Like a never ending loop). 2. I have called customer support since my ID validation was giving non-existant errors. They said it's how the software is setup and they cannot do anything about it and asked me try after 5 business days! Conclusion: 5stars for the idea 💡 and a ZERO for implementation and "-5" for the customer service.

Less than one star. They took my payment and they would not give it to receiver. They canceled my payment. They never contacted me. I had to hunt them down. They told me that they do not send money to Kenya. But the amateurs took my money, knowing the destination. If there was a negative star rating, I would give them a -5.
